Hi, I’m Phoebe Liang and I’ve been passionate about beauty and aesthetic treatments since the day I started my cosmetology career. For the last decade, I’ve been offering gel nail art and lash extension services to my customers in the United States with the help of my family salon. Today, I’m delighted to be a certified educator in cosmetology as well!
Back in 2015, I decided to pursue another level of study in Master’s Cosmetology and stumbled upon a digital micro pigmentation course offered in Hong Kong hosted by an innovative German academy. Watching their impressive performance using this permanent makeup method immediately made me dream of one day becoming part of it.
Over the years, I’ve continued to stay up to date with my technique and in 2017 I further enhanced my skills by taking another permanent makeup course which involved learning different techniques for eyeshadows, dermal pigmentation after breast cancer, saline pigment removal, and laser pigment removal aesthetic. After graduating from this intensive training program, I’m now proud to be recognized as the first digital micro-pigmentation artist from my hometown of Chicago!
